The imminent reduction in VAT from 17.5% to 15% on DIY solar water heating systems will boost the uptake of DIY solar water heating systems acording to Solar Twin Ltd, who are one of UK and Ireland’s leading suppliers of DIY solar heating system kits. “To celebrate the reduction we will be further discounting systems for a limited period.” said Barry Johnston, Solar Twin Ltd’s Managing Director today.
